Inspired by the loving memory of his mother, George Horattas created the Goldie Horattas Memorial Ostomy Care Fund. George witnessed his mother's daily struggle with ostomy care. After her death, he became driven by a strong desire to help other ostomy patients and their families with the financial burden of costly ostomy supplies. That commitment led to the establishment of Goldie's Fund.
Goldie's Fund's sole mission is to provide ostomy supplies to patients who cannot acquire them due to financial reasons or lack of insurance coverage, so they may concentrate on getting and staying healthy.
